Winner of the 2000 Moet & Chandon London Restaurant Award for the best British Restaurant and now the 2001 winner for Best London Restaurant as well. Menu examples include oysters or Welsh rarebit at the bar or whole crab , duck or faggots for mains. There is usually only one main vegetarian main dish to choose from.
The decor combines a high ceilinged bar area, a bakery and a white-painted expanse to be truly unique.
